My wife and I are not only first time home buyers but are expecting our first child, so there is a LOT of stress getting everything in order. Having Ed do our home inspection alleviated a lot of that stress, as he was extremely thorough and explained every last detail of what he was doing and why. He even gave us timelines for how certain aspects of the house, including appliances, would deteriorate. We truly cannot thank Ed enough and would recommend his services to any prospective home buyer.

We hired Penna Home Inspections to do a pre-purchase inspection of a condo in Orange County NY and had the ideal experience. Ed was super personable and easy to work with; he even moved things around in his schedule to accommodate our seller's time request for the inspection. Upon arrival, Ed was was incredibly thorough and professional and he took the time to walk us through and explain several things he found at the property. He also answered any questions we had on-site and was overall a pleasure to work with. His follow-up written report was, again, incredibly thorough and included photo evidence of all the aspects of the condo he inspected, along with written commentary and suggestions.
